I really like the slighty messy look of the b/w around the figure. Some parts look like oil, others like watercolor, and even if I know that it has to be cg I had to look twice. ^^'

COMMISSIONS...ART BLOG...Want to Colour?
For this one, I used tinting, pen and distortion brushes in Painter IX, but when woking traditionally, I work with watercolor a lot.
Perhaps you found that sense of watercolor-like touch in my works.
I didn't finish this piece so I thought nobody would know that those things supposed to be wings.
You have keen eyes.
Painter...? Hm... haven't heard a lot of good things from that program but it seems it's worth to try it out non the less. I wonder if there is a version for mac though.
